As part of Work. Place. Culture. Conference, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board is launching its official pilot workation program, in partnership with Saltwater and Sun Gardens Dubrovnik. One team will win a 5 star stay, welcome dinner, tours, coworking and will present at Work. Place. Culture. Conference.
5 Star Accommodation, Welcome Dinner, Tours and Custom Team Workshop
The winning team will enjoy a 1 week stay (between 1 and 9 May 2022) at the 5 Star Sun Gardens Dubrovnik and have the chance to partake of a specialty workshop – strategy planning, team building, wellbeing and leadership are among the options available. The all star team will also present at the Work. Place. Culture. Conference on 5-7 May 2022. See terms and conditions.

Travel to/from Dubrovnik is at your cost. Prize includes a 7 night stay at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik – with breakfast, workshop, fitness centre and coworking.

The winning team will stay in 2 x2 bedroom residences. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite with shared living area.
Enjoy free access to the sports centre – with gym and facilities, and free access to group trainings such as functional training or pilates.
Laze by one of the pools overlooking the Adriatic sea, or access the spa centre – with indoor swimming pool, gym, saunas, jacuzzi, relaxation area (massages and treatments additional).

Meet the Judging Panel
Our judging panel consists of a representative from the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, Digital Nomad Association (DNA) Croatia, Total Croatia News and Saltwater Nomads (chair of the judging committee).
Joining the judging panel will be the event MC and Leadership Workshop host Anna Traylor from Twine. We have a guest judge, speaking at Work. Place. Culture. Conference, digital nomad guru Dean Kuchel.

Book A Workation or Workshop
Sun Gardens Dubrovnik are offering a workation packages for SPECIAL rates, for bookings up to 24 May, 2022.
Stay in a 1 bedroom sea view residence for 150 EUR for single use 160 EUR double use, including breakfast. Minimum 6 night stay.
Saltwater Nomads offer a range of workshops from 1-24 May in wellbeing, productivity, leadership, content creation and team building.
